Marc Schoofs

Lawyer | Founding Partner

Marc studied at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, where he obtained his degree in law in 1991.

That same year, he took the oath at the Brussels Bar and began his career as a lawyer as a sole practitioner in Zaventem. In 1995, he established himself in Vilvoorde, where in 1997 he founded the LAW FIRM MARC SCHOOFS. This firm was renamed ARKALIS – Partners in Law in 2019.

Marc led the firm, from 2008 alongside lawyer Karin Schuehle, until the merger with law firm DUX | LAW in 2023. He is founding partner of FAIRWAY.

He is a member of several committees within Voka and is a driving force in the Brabantse Golf and many other organisations.

Marc specialises in construction and property law.
