Marc Schoofs
Lawyer | Managing Partner
Marc graduated from the VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussel), where he earned his law degree in 1991.
He took the oath at the Brussels Bar in the same year and started his professional career as a lawyer at a solo practice in Zaventem.
In 1995, he established his own office in Vilvoorde, and in 1997 founded BV LAW OFFICE MARC SCHOOFS. Since 2019, this office has operated under the name ARKALIS, Partners in Law. Marc led the office as the founding father and managing partner until the merger with DUX | LAW in 2023.
Since 2023, Marc has been the managing partner of the merged entity FAIRWAY - Partners in Law and Mediation.
