FAIRWAY: A Fusion of Unique Expertise and Exceptional Dedication

At FAIRWAY, we believe in the power of collaboration and growth. FAIRWAY was created from the merger of DUX | LAW and Arkalis (formerly Law Office Marc Schoofs), and was further strengthened in 2024 with the addition of Wim Decloedt and his practice Delta Healthcare. This unique fusion enabled us to create a dynamic one-stop office that guides each client through all aspects of personal and professional life, always with a human touch and literally "from the cradle to the grave" – for businesses and individuals alike.
