Maaike Spelier

Maaike obtained her Master of Laws at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2021, with a specialisation in civil law and civil procedure. In 2022, she completed an advanced master's degree in social law at the same university.

In 2022, Maaike took the oath at the Brussels Bar and has been part of FAIRWAY since 2024.

She is a member of the Vereniging Sociaal Recht. She is also a member of the Ethics Advisory Body of Volley Vlaanderen, where she provides advice on ethical matters and integrity in the sport of volleyball.

Maaike specialises in social law, debt recovery and tenancy law.
