Kristoff Simons
Lawyer | Managing Partner
Kristoff studied at the KUL (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven) where he earned his law degree in 1992.
In the same year, he was admitted to the Bar and began his professional career as a lawyer at a Brussels firm.
In 2005, as a partner, he laid the foundation of the firm that since 2021 operated under the name DUX | LAW, until the combination with ARKALIS – Partners in Law in 2023.
Since 2023, Kristoff has been a managing partner of FAIRWAY – Partners in Law and Mediation.
Kristoff serves as an ombudsman at OCA/LIGECA.
Since 2013, Kristoff has been an accredited mediator in family matters.
He is also a lecturer for the 'erkend bemiddelaar in familiezaken' course at New Deal Academy and is a sought-after speaker on topics related to the practice of family mediation.
Finally, Kristoff is a member of the Board of the Federal Mediation Commission.
