Karin Schühle

Karin obtained her degree in economics from the University of Mannheim (Germany) in 1991. In 2008, she completed her master's degree in law at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. She subsequently followed additional training, including an introduction to German law (2012) and the Systematisch Managen management programme (2018).

Karin began her career in 1991 as a consultant at Gemini Consulting. In 1995, she joined Prisma Unternehmensberatung GmbH, where she served as General Manager.

After obtaining her master's degree in law, she took the oath at the Brussels Bar in 2008 and joined the Law Firm Marc Schoofs. As managing partner, she co-led the firm with Marc Schoofs, which was renamed ARKALIS – Partners in Law in 2019. Following the merger with DUX | LAW in 2023, she became managing partner of FAIRWAY.

Karin is an accredited mediator in social and employment matters and in civil and commercial matters.

Karin specialises in mediation, business and contract law, social law and family law. Thanks to her international background, she serves clients in Dutch, German, English and French.
