Marc Schoofs
Lawyer | Managing Partner
Marc graduated from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), where he obtained his law degree in 1991.
That same year, he was admitted to the Brussels Bar and began his professional career as a lawyer in a solo practice in Zaventem.
In 1995, he established his own office in Vilvoorde, and in 1997 founded BV ADVOCATENKANTOOR MARC SCHOOFS (since 2019: ARKALIS – Partners in Law).
Marc led the firm as its founder and managing partner until the merger with DUX | LAW in 2023.
Since then, he has been the managing partner of the unified firm FAIRWAY – Partners in Law and Mediation.
