• Jan-Pieter Vossen

In 2020, Jan-Pieter obtained his Master of Laws degree at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. He then further specialized through an advanced Master in Intellectual Property Law, ICT Law and Privacy Law. This choice reflects his strong interest in the legal challenges of innovation, technology and creativity.

In 2021, Jan-Pieter was admitted to the Brussels Bar. Since then, he has been active at FAIRWAY, assisting clients in a wide variety of cases. He is known for his analytical insight, meticulous approach and strong communication skills, both in advisory work and in litigation.

Alongside his practice as a lawyer, Jan-Pieter is a certified mediator in civil and commercial matters. In this capacity, he helps individuals, entrepreneurs and organizations resolve disputes in a constructive, voluntary and out-of-court manner.

For Jan-Pieter, mediation is not an alternative but a fully-fledged form of dispute resolution: it enables parties to reach a sustainable agreement more quickly, with attention to underlying interests and relationships. As a mediator, he creates a safe and neutral environment, allowing space for dialogue, understanding and lasting solutions.
