Wim Decloedt

Lawyer | Managing Partner

Wim obtained his degree in law at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in 1996. He subsequently obtained an advanced master's degree in European and international law at the Université Catholique de Louvain in 1997.

In 1997, Wim took the oath at the Brussels Bar and began his career as a lawyer at a Brussels firm. In 2003, he founded the firm Delta Healthcare Attorneys, which focused exclusively on legal services for medical practitioners.

In 2024, he joined FAIRWAY with his firm, where he has since been active as managing partner.

Wim specialises in healthcare law. Within this area of law, he is also a much-sought-after speaker and author.
