Fabian Hermans

Fabian obtained his Master of Laws at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in 2020, with a specialisation in private law and tax law. He subsequently completed an advanced master's degree in taxation at the same university. In 2025, he completed the training as a trusted person for the voice of the child.

In 2021, Fabian took the oath at the Brussels Bar and began his career at FAIRWAY. In 2023, he won the pleading competition of the Vlaams Pleitgenootschap bij de Balie Brussel.

Fabian specialises in personal and family law, succession law and estate planning, and healthcare law.

He has a particular affinity with family businesses, where his various specialisations converge. Both from a legal and a human and interpersonal perspective, he understands the unique dynamics and challenges involved and guides businesses and their shareholders in important decisions, succession matters and safeguarding continuity across generations.
