Charlotte obtained her Master of Laws at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2015, with a specialisation in criminal law and criminal procedure.

In 2015, Charlotte took the oath at the Brussels Bar and began her career at FAIRWAY – Partners in Law and Mediation. Since 2021, she has been a partner there.

In 2020, she successfully completed the Human Damage Assessment training at KU Leuven, focused on the assessment of personal injury and providing advice on prevention and compensation in cases such as occupational accidents, occupational diseases and loss of professional income. She also obtained the Supralat (Salduz) certificate of the Orde van Vlaamse Balies, giving her a specialisation in legal assistance during police hearings and before an investigating judge.

She has extensive experience in pleading before various courts, including the police courts and criminal courts of Brussels, Halle and Vilvoorde.

Charlotte specialises in debt recovery, road traffic and criminal law, and insurance and liability law.
