Lincy Van Belle

Lincy obtained her Master of Laws at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in 2021, with a specialisation in criminal law and private law. In 2022, she completed the postgraduate programme in Real Estate at UCLL.

In November 2022, Lincy took the oath at the Brussels Bar and began her career at FAIRWAY.

Since 2024, she has also been active as a teaching assistant at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven within the Faculty of Law, in the Legal Methodology course.

Lincy specialises in traffic, liability and criminal law, social law and debt recovery.
